Sow the seeds now

Hey Reader,

Autumn always makes me pause.

There’s something in the crispness of the air, the colours of the leaves, the way the evenings start to fold in earlier and earlier!

It is harvest time!
But also a reminder that everything we’re harvesting now… started as a seed many months ago...

A choice.
A moment of intention.
A whisper of “I think I’d like that in my life.”

The apples on the trees, the vegetables in the ground... none of them got there by accident.

And the same is true for your dream life.

You don’t wake up one day with joy, flow, clarity, or alignment by luck.

It’s planted.
Nurtured.
Protected.
Chosen.

Even when it feels far away.
Even when the weather turns.
Even when you’re not sure how it’ll all grow.

This time of year, I like to ask myself:
What seeds am I sowing now for the version of me, and my life, I want to be & have next year?

What choices am I making?
What actions am I taking?

Because your future self is shaped by what you choose today.

Even the smallest seed can become something extraordinary.
If you give it care, patience… and a little light...

So plant something beautiful this week.
Even if it’s just a thought.
